World Mental Health Day: It’s Okay to not be Okay
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. If you are struggling with your mental health, or if you are worried about someone's mental wellbeing, there are many invaluable organisations you can reach out to for support.
You can reach out to your GP, contact the NHS directly, or reach out to any number of free services from organisations such as the Samaritans.
Don't suffer in silence; explore your options, understand your problems better, or just start with simply speaking to someone.
It doesn't matter who you are, how you feel, or what has happened: if you feel that things are getting to you, reach out and get in touch.
