David Brook's positive impact on the community and public service has been recognised and rewarded by invitation to the Coronation Garden Party at Buckingham Palace hosted by King Charles III.

The only Chartered Teacher in the Private Security Industry and Head of SecuriGroup's Academy, David embodies SecuriGroup's core purpose of strengthening the society in which we live.

Through his leadership, SecuriGroup Academy became the first in the private security sector to become a Corporate Partner with the Society for Education and Training. An accredited 'Investors in People Gold' organisation and acknowledged as a leading safety, security, and service education provider, the Academy is approved to deliver qualifications and apprenticeships up to Level 5 on the RQF framework.

David's vocation is people's personal development and providing learning experiences that help young people flourish. His horizons extend beyond the Company and encompass work with the MCR Pathways scheme to support care-experienced young people considering career choices.

Engaging with 'Back to Work' charities, David provides targeted training programmes ensuring that initiatives are practical, efficient and have quantifiable outcomes directing candidates to vacancies and apprenticeships.

David actively supports the work of social programmes and charities in the local community and maintains strong links with the third sector. Passionate about social inclusion in education, his mission is to support local organisations with workshops addressing the causes of crime and anti-social behaviour.

David is the Chair of the Security Institute's Special Interest Group for 'Security, Education, Accreditation, Training and Standards' (SEATS) committee and was appointed as a Subject Matter Expert for Security Training by Highfield, one of the UK's largest awarding organisations.
