SecuriGroup Celebrates Living Wage Week 2022
Living Wage Week is the annual celebration of the Living Wage movement. This year, Living Wage Week is taking place from Monday 14th to Sunday 20st November 2022.
The new Living Wage rates were announced on the Thursday 22nd September as below:
The Living Wage Foundation campaign is an independent movement of businesses and organisations who look to provide workers with an ethical benchmark for reasonable pay.
The idea of a Living Wage was first born at a Citizens UK meeting in a church hall in East London. Over twenty years on, there are over 11,000 Living Wage employers which has seen over 300,000 employees receive a pay rise.
